SheetNest›CAM beta

Test the SheetNest CAM beta

SheetNest is starting to write the machine's program, not just the nest. We are looking for shops with a laser to try it on real jobs and tell us what they find.

What the beta does

  • Leads, kerf and shared cuts. Set for the whole nest in one step, and shown cut by cut before anything is written.
  • The cut order. Holes before outlines, shared cuts where they belong, and the rapid moves in between, all on screen.
  • A replay of the cut. Verify plays the program back in real time, so you see it run before the machine does.
  • The machine's program. Compile writes each sheet's program with your machine's post processor.

The first post processor is for the TRUMPF TruLaser 2030 fiber. Posts for other machines are what we will build with the testers: you send a few programs your machine runs today, and we make its post from them.

What we ask of a tester

  • Try it on real jobs and tell us what works and what does not.
  • Check every program before it runs: replay it, and cut the first ones dry or on scrap. It is a beta.
  • A Windows 10/11 PC, and internet at least once a week: the beta license checks in when SheetNest starts.

Can you send a few programs your machine runs today, so we can build its post?

What you send here is only used to run the beta and to write to you about it, and it is not shared with anyone. To have it deleted, reply to any of our emails.
